The Cosmic Shift and 2012… According to the Tzolk’in Calendar, our planet and the entire solar system are in the midst of a cosmic shift that will culminate in a grand celestial event on December 21, 2012. This is not necessarily a doomsday prophecy as many are indicating, but an end to the marking of time as we know it. It signifies a thrust into a new dream, a new cycle of time, and it is up to us how easy or difficult this transition will occur. Miguel Angel will compassionately share with us the true message of the Mayan Masters of Light, which is a call for the laying of a new foundation over the next four years for the coming shift into cosmic consciousness!
 

The Path…  We arrive in the beautiful colonial city of Merida, to celebrate in the festivities of their colorful fiestas and weekend artisan markets, where craftspeople from all over the region display their wares.

Stepping into the realm of no-time, we begin our initiatory path of the ancient Maya at the majestic pyramid complex of UXMAL, place of the legendary Temple of the Magician, Palace of the Governors and the Nunnery Quadrangle. In the evening, we will sit on ancient stones underneath the starry sky for a magical light show and night of storytelling of how this ancient city was built.

The next morning, we make our descent into the ancient ceremonial CAVES OF LOLTUN (the stone flower and Muladera chakra). Our guide, Shaman don Jose is guardian of these caves by lineage, and he will perform a special ceremony for opening the chakras. We continue on to LABNAH to offer the Mayan cosmic salutations and to KABAH, dwelling place of the Pleidean teachers.

Our pilgrimage continues to the CAVES OF BALAMKANCHE, which are the entry doors that the Maya initiates passed before being received in the sacred pyramid City of Chichen Itza. Deep inside this ceremonial cave is Great Mother Ceiba, IMIX –YAXCHE, symbolically representing the skies and the underworld. There among the ancient offerings of stone and clay, the initiate was instructed in the mysteries of the Fire World, the Underworld and the 13 heavens.

We ascend from shadow to light and enter the Cosmic University and Pyramid City of CHICHEN-ITZA (one of the seven wonders of the ancient world!). We will spend two full days exploring the magnificence and deeper meaning behind the creation of the Pyramid of Kukulcan, The Cosmic Ballcourt, the Observatory and the Temple of the Warriors. In the evening, our group will participate in a private candle-lit Mayan ceremony at the well of IKIN (the place of the sacred Winds!).

In a Mayan village near Chichen Itza, respected Mayan elder and healer, don Florencio Chan, will gift us with a limpia, (cleansing ceremony) and Mayan wisdom teachings.

In our final days we will visit the City of the Prophets from the Stars, EK BALAM.  This Mayan acropolis is a hidden treasure and dwelling place of the angels…a beautifully preserved and ornately carved frescoe of life sized sculptures with wings! Before our return to Merida, we will renew our body in the etheric waters of the crystal clear spring fed Cenote X’keken, immersing our bodies in the lunar energies of the Mayan goddess Ixchel. We will be back in time for a delicious farewell dinner in Merida, toasting good friends, ancient lands, and experiences of a lifetime!
