There are four airlines that service the Tuxtla International Airport (TGZ): Continental, Aeromexico, VivaAerobus, and Interjet. Continental is the only airline with a direct flight to Tuxtla from the United States. It is best to use are search engine such as Kayak which can create flights with multiple carriers. You may find it more economical to purchase a round trip ticket to Mexico City and then a separate roundtrip ticket with Interjet from Mexico City to Tuxtla. |

The Villahermosa Airport (VSA) is serviced by two Mexican airlines and one U.S. airline -Continental Express. The two Mexican airlines are Aeromexico, and VivaAerobus. Aeromexico has flights from the U.S. to Villahermosa via a layover in Mexico City. VivaAerobus only flies from Monterrey to Villahermosa and vice versa. It is possible to buy a separate roundtrip ticket with another airline to Monterrery and then a roundtrip ticket from Monterrey to Villahermosa with VivaAerobus. There is also the possibility of travelling by bus to Monterrey and then flying from there to Villahermosa. |
