SACRED STUDIES PROGRAM ITINERARY

Day 1: The understanding and energetic use of INSTRUMENTS OF POWER - the FIRE, the DRUM (tambor), the CARACOL (Shell), and the RATTLE (Sonajas).
Day 2: The Healing Power of Ritual Dance
Day 3: The importance of 2012 and What We Must do To Prepare (Peace Pipe Ceremony)
Day 4: We will participate in a powerful ofrenda (blessing way pilgrimage and ceremony) to Mother Earth and for all humanity.
Chief Martha will also be available for individual healing/limpia sessions for a $35 donation as time allows, so please schedule your time in advance to avoid disapointment! |

Each class will begin with ritual practices and salutation to the 4 directions and, as always, Chief Martha has some other wonderful surprises for us during our days together! The classes will be from 2pm - 6pm, so there will be free time each day to experience the magic in and around the beautiful colonial city of San Cristobal! Here are just some of the options you will have to choose from:
- a visit to San Juan Chamula and other indigenous Mayan villages
- a tour of the jade and mayan medicine museums
- The ultimate shoppers mecca..shopping all of the open air mercados with colorful local crafts and textiles!
- A complimentary walking tour of San Cristobal with Cynthia

AIRLINE INFORMATION: The arriving and departing airport for the workshop ONLY is Tuxtla Guiterrez. International airlines that service Tuxtla Gutierrez are MEXICANA airlines and AEROMEXICO. It is sometimes less expensive to make your roundtrip International flights into a point in Mexico separately, and add a roundtrip connection to/from Tuxtla Gutierrez International Airport through a national flight carrier, such as Aviacsa, or Interjet. For participants who will be participating on the optional 3 day extension journey to Palenque, the arriving airport is Villahermosa and the departing airport is Tuxtla Gutierrez.
